I just wanted to drop you a note to express my satisfaction with the new roof your company put on our home. I still don’t believe how quickly it was done. I left for work Monday morning and when I came home Tuesday it was finished. I couldn’t even tell that the crew had been there other than the fact we had a new roof. They were meticulous in cleaning up both days.

The follow up service has been excellent also. The fellow who did the post inspection was prompt and left a nice note, your billing department checked in with me before processing the charge, and of course you called to see if we were pleased. All in all it was a very good consumer experience, from your Professional sales presentation through completion of the work.

At this point I am glad I spent a little more and decided on your firm. The satisfaction is worth twice the amount we might have saved. Thanks again for the good work and I will be sure to recommend you to my friends.

You exceeded all expectations we had in terms of quality, professionalism, and customer service.

No one wants to deal with having a roof replaced, but you made the whole process a painless experience, from sales pitch to closure. They may not be the least expensive roofing contractors out there, but when it comes to something as important as protecting your home, having the peace of mind of a job done right, and working with someone that cares about the job they do for you, you just can’t put a price on that.

We were pleasantly surprised with the follow up visit by Curtis where he looked over the site to make sure it was left clean, asked if we were happy or had any questions, and then did a thorough inspection of the workmanship (something our siding contractor never bothered to do). The inspection led to sending someone back out for nothing more than to replace a couple of nails – now that’s quality!

I wanted to write to let you know how very happy I am with my new “Thompson Roof”.

I have to admit having to put a new roof on my house was right up there with having to buy new tires for my car. I know its necessary, but I would rather buy some new jewelry that I could wear.

However, after meeting you I knew that I was going to be happy with my roof.. and I was not wrong. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with the quality of the work and the professional manner in which you handled the transaction. You went above and beyond to help me decide which color would look best on my roof. Taking the ladder and actually putting the product up on my roof so I could see the different colors was more than I expected.

From the beginning, your sales representative, Thompson Roofing, thoroughly explained how the roof system worked, and the benefits of using metal roofing. He was highly professional, and gave us an honest account of what to expect and how much the job would be.

Out next experience was an unpleasant occurrence, but the solution was handled to our satisfaction. When the delivery of our materials resulted in damage to our gate and entry post by the supplier, Thompson Roofing quickly handled the problem and our gate and post were replaced. Although the main office did not return our calls about this, Thompson Roofing responded quickly and efficiently and apologized for the mix up. A bad situation was handled professionally and corrections were made without question.

During the installation, your teams of men worked quickly and professionally to complete their parts of the job. From the demolition crew to the specialists (two brothers), the work was done thoroughly, the process was explained to us so we knew what to expect, and most impressively, the job site (our home) was left clean and clear of debris.

In a time when unfortunately many people do not take pride in their work, or do a mediocre job (just enough to get by), and many others do not take the time to say thank you for a job that IS well done, we would like to thank everyone involved with our roofing project for their part in its completion and for doing high quality work. I knew when I spoke with Curtis at the Home and garden show that something good would happen for us and it certainly did. We made an appointment for an estimate and he was prompt to the minute for this and appointments following. Together we made decisions that were best for us and the job was done with utmost professionalism. The company and the workers are deeply appreciated. The men played no loud radios and were not loud speaking and boisterous, but were friendly and considerate. Also loved the Santa Claus that delivered the dumpster.
